This one is a crowd favorite. Great for pour-over and drip. Has sugary sweet, orange and caramel notes. Named for my sister who has a farm in Sandy Oregon. As with all our roasts we also offer the Dark version that works better for espresso or people that like a bold cup. Comes from Peru, Olga Calle, Cajamarca.
